Custom Apparel & DTF Printing FAQ | Stay Lucid Co.

Question 1

Can you create a logo for me?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Whether you have a rough idea, a sketch, or no idea where to start, Stay Lucid can help turn your vision into a brand that feels like you. We can create a new logo from the ground up or help refresh an existing one with apparel, merchandise, social media and real-world use in mind.

Question 2

Can I send in my own artwork?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. If you already have a logo, design or artwork you love, send it our way. We'll review it before production and let you know if anything needs to be adjusted for the best possible print. High-resolution PNG, SVG and PDF files are preferred, but if you're unsure what you have, send it anyway — we'll take a look.

Question 3

What is a Swag Station?

Accepted Answer

A Stay Lucid Swag Station turns part of your business into its own branded merchandise shop. We help create merchandise your customers will actually want to wear, produce it and help build a display that fits naturally inside your business. It's a way to turn your brand into something people can take home, wear and represent.

Question 4

Do you have minimum order quantities?

Accepted Answer

For most custom apparel and DTF projects, you don't need a huge order to work with us. Whether you need one piece, a small run or a larger business order, we can help. Certain specialty products may have supplier minimums, but we'll always let you know before moving forward.
